1. Event Registration and Attendance

2.2. Refunds: In the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of an event by us, we will provide refunds or credits as determined by us in our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling.

3. Content and Conduct

3.1. Content: You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or transmit any content provided by us without our prior written consent.

3.2. Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during our events. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or violates the rights of others will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the event.

4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or attendance at our events.

4.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services or attendance at our events following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts located in Dubai, UAE.
